Join Jenny for a 5-week workshop where she'll guide you through different meditation techniques to help you relax and destress.

Dates: 26th February, 5th March, 12th March, 19th March and 26th March.

Jenny is a counsellor and an experienced meditator and teacher. The aim of this course is to introduce you to the basics of meditation and to give you an experience of different forms, so that you can find what works best for you. 

Jenny says: "I hope at the very least these classes will be an enjoyable, relaxing break in your week; but also that you will find techniques and experiences that you can take into your everyday life to support you.

Being in a group is a great way to start, as we all focus together and help each other to make a quiet, safe place to relax. Each week you'll be guided through different meditations, with time to share your experience and discuss any difficulties."

This group is suitable for complete beginners and for those with some experience who would enjoy meditating with others.
