Lisa Gurr
DipHE Reg MBACP
I see counselling as a necessity for our self-care and wellbeing, having someone give you the time you need and to truly listen to what you are saying should not only be left to a crisis, counselling can be there to prevent the crisis.
I work in a humanistic way, acknowledging all aspects of our lives that can sometimes need additional support, from our emotional, spiritual, psychological and physical parts of who we are. I am an experienced warm and approachable Counsellor and I have previously worked in the NHS/Mental health sector for over 25 years and in education and training in health and social care for 9 Years.

Anna Lear
Integrative Counsellor, Dip. Counselling, (MNCPS Acc.)
Working with you I will bring together various therapeutic approaches to fit YOUR specific needs and every unique dimension of your personality. My counselling is informed by the psychodynamic approach and attachment theory so the influence of your earliest experiences will be considered as part of your present-day self.
Clients often tell me sessions with me help them join the dots, enabling them to understand the connections between separate parts of their life and their lived experiences. Feeling daunted and nervous? That's absolutely understandable. It's ok, we'll do this together.
